A couple of kilometers away, there is another nature reserve with a beautiful ravine valley worth visiting. The cottage is located right next to the host's farm. From the balcony, you have a view over fields and pastures with grazing animals. With proximity to several lakes and an outdoor pool, the cottage is perfect for those who want to enjoy a nice holiday in the countryside.

Welcome to our nice little cottage in idyllic Sandviken on the outskirts of Sala. Here you live right at the edge of the forest and do not have to walk for more than a couple of minutes to reach two child-friendly swimming areas with sandy beaches, where the largest has both a kiosk, boat rental and a diving tower. Here you can also watch the sun set on the terrace at Sala's best restaurant, Måns Ols. For those who want to exercise, there are both illuminated trails and mountain bike trails close by. You can also walk to the nearby silver mine.

This is a classic, bright red, small cottage with a lovely, splendid garden in the summer months. Inside, there is a combined living room and bedroom with a double bed, a newly equipped bathroom with shower and a small country kitchen with a fireplace. Adjacent to the house are pastures, fields and an old farm. At the junction, a popular bike path passes by and there are many nice rural walking paths to choose from. Two kilometers away is Sala Silver Mine and into the city center it is about five kilometers. Bicycles are available to borrow.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Sörängen is a charming old 19th-century cottage with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Other rooms have been renovated but have retained their old charm. Fireplace and also wood stove. The house is located adjacent to another property where there are sheep and chickens. Otherwise, the house is surrounded by forests and green areas. A smaller river for fishing is a few hundred meters away. Swimming area within 5 km. Access to a simple outdoor gym, wood-fired sauna, two nice bicycles to borrow.

You can easily get here with Uppsala County's regional bus 225 between Heby and Enköping, with a stop 200 m from the accommodation.
