Lounge furniture on the terrace with a really cozy outdoor fireplace in the corner of the terrace. After a walk by the beach, which is 300 meters away, it's nice to light the wood-burning stove in the living room and relax on the big soft sofa. There's a swing set at the bottom of the garden. A fire pit is also in the garden. Covered entrance. And a covered terrace where there is a gas grill, and a kettle grill for charcoal.

Close to Saksild beach and Hou Marina - water hall swimming pool 2 kilometers to the center of Odder. The light rail to Aarhus is about 35 minutes. 20 km to Horsens ( visit the old prison in cultural center and museum) 10 km to Vilhelmsborg 15 km to Skanderborg 15 km to Mosegaard museum and beach 1 km to Fru Møllers (farm shop) You can also visit LEGOland - Djurs Sommerland - which is only an hour's drive from us.

In the summer months, there are several good takeaway options in the area. The cottage was renovated in 2019, with respect for the history of the house.
