On the covered terrace, an INFRARED SAUNA and a TUB BATH are available to our guests. The air-conditioned house is well located, there are no direct neighbors, the existing ones are at a sufficient distance. Our holiday home is not directly on the waterfront, but on the other side of the road there is the regulated Danube branch. The local tourist tax is payable separately, the rate of which is 300 HUF/person/night.

Rosewood house

The Rózsafaház is a modernized alpine chalet on the Szabó Hill in Kőszeg, in the area of the Írottkő Nature Park, which can be reached by asphalt and forest roads. The house is surrounded by a forest garden, where the green area is well-kept, a garden barbecue clearing, and a playground are available. The building has a panoramic terrace with great views of Transdanubia and the Kőszeg Mountains. The house consists of a kitchen-dining-bedroom (with fireplace) and a bathroom with shower, and upstairs there is a sleeping gallery.

The historic city center is just a few minutes' walk away, where great restaurants, cafes, wine bars and cozy terraces are available to tourists. Kuckó is located in the Balaton Uplands, directly on the Blue Tour, in a picturesque environment, in an area surrounded by grapes, on the upper floor of our small Family Wine House, which makes its "nature" wines from its own-grown grapes (a clearer in the fridge). There are many sights, beaches, and hiking opportunities in the area. Thanks to the fridge- heated air conditioning and electric heaters, you can enjoy the magnificent panoramic view in winter or the many sights in the area. We look forward to hearing from you!

Tree Tops - an adult observatory that has indulged in the best. Is a cottage that will captivate you. Due to its unique location in the forest, it is our most visited cottage, delighting even the most discerning guest. This wooden house on stilts is an adult observatory that has spared no expense. It has everything that large cottages have. Entering the cottage will enchant you with the scent of spruce, while you will find it hard to resist the view that opens a new dimension of the forest.
