Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

The cottage is an old house completely renovated in 2019 with a terrace that offers a beautiful view of the Morvan. It is located very close to Lake Crescent and Chastellux Castle, a few kilometers from Vézelay, Avallon, Bazoches. Our region lends itself to hiking, cycling or horseback riding in unspoiled nature and allows fishing or swimming enthusiasts to indulge in their favorite pastime. Built in the spring of 2020 with local, new and quality materials to enjoy this beautiful place all four seasons of the year. This small house is 24 m2 inside and has a 15 m2 covered terrace. It is located in complete tranquility away from the road with very little traffic.
