J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

We will be keen to make you have a most pleasant time with this beautiful house and its exterior in the immediate vicinity of the Douix ("one of the most beautiful backgrounds in the world", according to TF1) as well as the city centre of Châtillon-sur-Seine.

On one level, it has been fully renovated in the middle of a large fenced garden in a small Burgundian village near Champagne. The courtyard allows you to park at least three cars easily and safely. Our cottage will change your scenery and offer you moments of calm and rest.

Sitting alongside the Armancon River, you can sit, unseen by passers by, on the balcony with a glass of wine, watching the ducks and listening to the gentle sounds of water, with waterlilies floating below you.
