The charming house is conveniently located in the historic part of the village, situated above the lake side road, offering breathtaking views. Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

The place is close to the refreshing waters of a clear mountain lake in the Austrian alps, ideal for swimming, sailing, hiking, down-hill and cross-country skiing, skydiving, mountain biking, and so much more. Salzburg is just an hour away, Vienna and Munich close enough for a day trip. The apartment is just steps from the lake, spacious and sun-filled with an open-floor living area, a large quiet bedroom and a sunny terrace and front yard. A great place for families, couples and solo travelers.

Wunderschön gelegene Wohnung mit eigenem Badeplatz vor der Hausanlage. Schwimmbad +Sauna im Haus, Spielplatz auf dem Gelände. 2 Schlafzimmer mit je einem Doppelbett, 1 Babybett. Maximal 4 Personen + Baby. 10 Minuten von St.Wolfgang Zentrum. Auch mit dem Bus erreichbar. Parkplatz auf dem Gelände. Keine Haustiere! In der Wohnung Rauchverbot, Hausordnung ist zu beachten. Die Wohnung ist in einer privaten Ferienanlage. ACHTUNG: CHECK IN NUR BIS 18 UHR !! DANACH IST KEIN CHECK IN MEHR ERLAUBT!!!

Genieße einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt, wenn du in dieser besonderen Unterkunft übernachtest. Sie befindet sich mitten im Naherholungsgebiet der Stadt Salzburg und ist von mehreren kleinen Seen (u.a. auch kostenloser Badesee) umgeben. Obwohl ein kleines Stück außerhalb des Zentrums , ist man mit dem Obus (15 Minuten Takt) innerhalb von 15 Minuten (ohne Umsteigen) mitten in der Salzburger Altstadt bzw. Zentrum. Das Messezentrum bzw. die Salzburg Arena sind von der Wohnung nur 1 km entfernt.
