Cozy accommodation with charm

Enjoy the original flair in the lovingly restored half-timbered house. Great location with sun terrace at the Ahrquelle, lake and various restaurants. Jakobsweg, Eifelsteig and Ahrradweg cross here. You'll have the entire upper part of the house to yourselves! The apartment is not lockable as it is an emergency exit. Almost all guests are extremely satisfied! Not suitable for allergy sufferers, people with physical limitations and acoustic sensitivity (bells). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Cozy "sun house" with a view into the distance

A quiet and cozy place with fantastic views of the vastness. The small house is called "Sonnenhaus" and is located in the wonderful, nature-surrounded town of Aremberg in the Eifel. The sun house has a living room, a bedroom (with double bed and desk) and a kitchen-living room with fireplace. There is an outdoor toilet. Showers are possible in the house opposite by arrangement. Since there is no heating except for the two fireplaces, the property is only rented in summer.

Starting point for excursions to the forest town of Prüm (14 km), to neighboring Belgium (e.g. St. Vith, Malmedy, Remauchamps Caves, etc.), for a shopping trip to Luxembourg. The Eifel-Ardennes cycle path leads directly past Bleialf through the old railway tunnel towards Belgium or via the old railway line to the forest town of Prüm.

We offer our old barn, completely renovated into a small charming cocoon at the gates of the Ardennes. Guests can enjoy a peaceful place in the countryside with all the amenities necessary for their well-being. Our accommodation is, moreover, completely private. It has a jacuzzi on the covered terrace and a multitude of amenities, including Wi-Fi. We are located 12 km from Durbuy and 35 km from Francorchamps. Very nice apartment with jacuzzi+ outdoor sauna (use not included in the price, please read listing completely), large terrace and massage chair. Very nice bedroom. Kitchen, living room and dining room available in one room. Breakfast can be booked in addition. (for only 12.50 euros per person) Kitchen is fully equipped. Walking bubble bath and foot massager available. No Pets! It's a non-smoking apartment. We ask that guests only smoke outdoors.
