The cottage was part of the farm of my grand-father. First floor : kitchen, dining and living rooms and on the second floor: sleeping room and bathroom. Wifi and Netflix are available. The cottage is situated at 6 km from Stavelot and Malmedy, in a very small village. The situation is ideal for families who would like to have a break in the middle of the country-side or if you want to go to the circuit of Spa. A lot of walks in forests are available. For those looking for peace and nature, this is the right place. You are in the middle of nature with hectares of forest in the backyard. What used to be a stable is now a charming gîte. A typical house in the Ardennes with a lot of intimacy, minutes from the Formula 1 circuit. As a fanatical trailer, I know the forest in the backyard like the back of my hand. I can recommend any walking and hiking enthusiast to "get lost" there once. It is of course also suitable for mountain bikers.

Completely renovated former flagman's house situated on the international cycling trail "RAVEL" which leads from Troisvierges (Luxembourg) to Aachen (Germany), 125 km. The railway tracks were demolished and flooded. The house is now situated near a small stream, surrounded bay nature in complete quietness, far from any settlement.
