Beautiful F3-type apartment with two beautiful bedrooms equipped with double beds and closets. A living room equipped with a large screen, a comfortable corner sofa, a modern kitchen, a bathroom with a washing machine and a nice little balcony. You will also have two parking spaces in the residence which is intended to be quiet and relaxing. Ideally located, you will be 10 minutes from the Saint Paul Les Dax shopping center, 30 minutes from Capbreton, 45 minutes from Bayonne and 1 hour from Spain.

Modern studio in old farmhouse in Yzosse

Apartment with modern amenities in an old setting enjoying its small terrace and parking space. It is small but functional with top bedding. This apartment is adjoining our home which can lead to noise in the morning because of our 3 children. Fortunately, it's not every day but they are children so it can happen🤷‍♀️. The exterior is not fully enclosed for runaway animals, it's not ideal. Enjoy your stay with us 😊
