Beautiful bourgeois house just 39 km from Paris, in the heart of the historic village, with a beautiful south-facing landscaped garden and parking in front of the house. The villa consists of 2 bathrooms, 6 double bedrooms and 2 living rooms and can easily accommodate 10 people. Close to all amenities, 1 minute away. Atypical house of 80m2 with garden and terrace, in a nice village and a quiet one way street. The house is close to shops (grocery store, bakery, bar, butcher, pharmacy, hairdresser). Parking for 2 cars at the property. 40min train from Gare du Nord, stop "Rieux - Angicourt". The house is a 5 min walk away. Beautiful walks in the countryside and surrounding forests, hiking and mountain biking. We live in the second detached house at the back of the property.
