Welcome to The Ranch SSI! Here you will experience a fully stocked and beautifully designed home with a clean, modern style, located in the heart of St. Simons Island. The Ranch is located in the Kings Terrace area of the island, only a few blocks away from the St. Simons pier village with local shops and restaurants, as well as the lighthouse. The Ranch is only a quick 3 minute drive to the beaches and our favorite local coffee shop-- Wake Up Coffee Co! Enjoy an island retreat at The Ranch SSI!

You have found one of the best vacation rental condos on St. Simons Island. Comfortable and spacious, 1,100 sq ft, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom in South Island gated complex, just two miles from the beach and Pier area. Upstairs. Perfect for as little as 1 guest or as many as 6. This condo is kept immaculately clean and fresh. Along with king in the master, the 2nd bedroom has a new queen full memory foam mattress. Pool, fitness room, fast Wifi, free gated parking, laundry. Lots of natural light!

This townhome is less than a mile to Coast Guard beach access and close to The Village area with shops and restaurants. Both bedrooms have a queen and a full bed. The kitchen is well stocked with a dining area with seating for six. Private back patio with seating. Please note there is not a washer/dryer within the condominium but there is a coin laundry facility on property. Community pool on the property is opened seasonally. Please inquiry for pet policy.

Y’all we added an all season POOL/SPA! This home is local beach living at its finest and newly renovated, decorated and furnished for comfort. Enjoy all the south end has to offer from our beautiful beach to quaint shops and restaurants. Our home is less than a mile from the public beach access and is an easy walk or bike ride! The outdoor living is awesome here - plenty of room to park a boat and a fully fenced yard.
