The apartment is 45 m2. The decor is warm and functional. The listing is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium of 3 units. Its double-sided aspect brings it a lot of light. The T2 consists of an entrance that opens onto the living room equipped with a fitted kitchen, designed for cooking on site (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge...) A sofa bed can accommodate an additional 2 people (children preferred). The bedroom with a 140 x 200 large comfortable bed overlooks a garden, ensuring peaceful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a vanity with storage. It is equipped with a new washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate. A high chair and baby crib are available on request. Guests have access to the entire space and all its amenities. €15 extra charge for arrivals after 10pm. 10 minutes from Place Graslin, the Talensac district has its covered market. Known for its fish and seafood stalls, Talensac Market is located just across from the apartment. Great restaurants crisscross the neighborhood. Bike service – City of Nantes – Bicloo Station Close to tram and bus. Tram - Line 3 Bretagne or Jean Jaures stop Tram – Line 2 Place du Cirque stop Bus - Line C2, Talsensac stop If you use public transport, the apartment is accessible via TRAM line 2, Talensac or Viarme stop. Cozy nest, quiet, in the center.

Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

Nice apartment of 45m2 fully furnished in 2021 and redecorated in 2025. Located in the southern district of Vertou, in front of the vineyards and 5 minutes from the South Pole shopping center. Direct access to walking tours from the house. 20 minutes by car from the center of Nantes. The apartment is adjoining our house, with a private parking space. Ideal for working during the week or your weekend getaways! Quiet area, accessible only by car.

Small 32 m2 fully-equipped "cocoon" apartment ideal for a Nantes getaway in a quiet and wooded residence. As I do not live there, check-in on Sunday is not possible (or limited between 12pm and 1pm). For other days, no check-in possible after 8pm. PLEASE take this into account when booking.
