Relax in this unique and quiet accommodation 10 minutes walk from the village of Saillans with all these local shops, we live near the TER train station ( 5 minutes ) , about 6 per day, a dynamic and welcoming place in the Drome valley. Between Crest and Die. 1 hour to Valencia TGV. No busy road. The apartment is new and bright, not overlooked, on one level. Suitable for people with disabilities. Close to the river, canoeing downhill, hikes etc...

Head in the clouds and feet in the water

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

Right in the heart of the Drome Valley, our secluded house is two kilometers from the village of Saillans. From GR trails, it offers a breathtaking view of Les Trois Becs. Our agricultural activity blends with a rich nature and promotes biodiversity. The sheep graze around the house from October to May and some go to alpine during the summer period. We produce yogurt and sheep cheese during the low season.
