Il se compose d'une agréable pièce à vivre combinant séjour et cuisine équipée ainsi qu'un canapé convertible en lit de 140cm. Le tout exposé sud et ouest ouvrant sur 2 balcons desquels on peut admirer un magnifique panorama du Sancy au Puy de Gros! IL dispose d'une chambre avec rangements et un grand lit en 180cm. Enfin une salle d'eau avec douche et WC.

Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

With a surface area of 120 m2, the cottage is located in the heart of Auvergne in the Sancy massif, near the Parc des Volcans d 'Auvergne recently classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, you will find all the amenities in our village of Tauves (bakeries, butcher, SPAR ...) Consisting of 2 bedrooms, each with bathroom/WC, equipped kitchen, Wifi, TV, fenced park, parking. Possibility of renting sheets €10/bed and towels €6/person. Optional cleaning fee €70.

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apt for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and last floor(no elevator). It is composed of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/wc(hoof tub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the first floor. We remain discreet as much as possible in order to leave you as much as possible the house and garden.
