Bonjour je loue mon chalet de 75m² en montagne, au cœur du parc des volcans d'Auvergne dans le massif du Sancy. Situé sur la commune de Saint Victor La Riviere, entre Besse en Chandesse et Murol. (lac Chambon et château de Murol à 5min en voiture, station de ski de Super-Besse ā 15min) Commerces et activités à proximité, Murol (4km) , Besse En Chandesse (7km). Idéal pour découvrir la région et ses paysages magnifiques. Nombreuse possibilités de randonnée, à pied ou en vélo au départ du chalet.

Auvergne Holiday Cottage/Gite Sleeps 4

Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

Ideal for two people, cozy 20 m2 studio completely renovated and located on the third floor with elevator. Come and enjoy this small cozy nest well equipped where the spaces are well used. A balcony will give you the opportunity to enjoy the view and the outdoors. Located 5 minutes by car (15 minutes walk) from the city center of La Bourboule, it offers you the possibility to park easily thanks to the large parking lot of the residence. Shops nearby. With a surface area of 120 m2, the cottage is located in the heart of Auvergne in the Sancy massif, near the Auvergne volcanoes park recently classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, you will find all amenities in our village of Tauves (bakeries, butchery, SPAR ..) Composed of 2 bedrooms, each with bathroom/WC, equipped kitchen, Wifi, TV, fenced park, parking. Possibility of renting sheets 10€/bed and towels 6€/person. Optional cleaning package 60€.

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

Perfect as a stopover for travelers or as a love nest to visit our beautiful region.

In a typical Auvergne house, between Sancy and the Chaîne des Puys, you can enjoy the calm and wide open spaces at an altitude of nearly 1,000 m. Laqueuille, a tourist town, between Terre (Bleu de Laqueuille) and Eau, 25 minutes from Mont-Dore ski resort, 35 minutes from Chastreix ski resort and 50 minutes from Super-Besse. Outdoor activities, total disconnection to breathe and discover beautiful landscapes in all seasons.

It consists of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/WC (bathtub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the first floor. We remain discreet as much as possible in order to leave you as much as possible the house and garden.
