Very nice accommodation on the ground floor of a typical Auvergne stone house, not overlooked, in a small place called, in the heart of the Auvergne volcanoes, located 4 km from La Bourboule, 12 km from Mont-Dore, and close to all amenities. Enclosed land of 4,000 m². Tranquility, rest in the heart of nature, in a pleasant setting equipped with every comfort. Numerous hikes, ski slopes, nearby (Charlannes, Capucin, Sancy...). The owners live above (discreet but available).

The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. The SUPER-MURAT residence is located 1200 m surrounded by nature in a nice green setting, very quiet. From the balcony of your duplex you will have a view of the SANCY mountain range. You will be close to a body of water and the starting point for many hiking and cross-country skiing trails. Guests can also enjoy the water park, thermal baths and shops of LA BOURBOULE. The MONT DORE alpine ski resort is 15 minutes away.

Total price includes bed sheets, towel and tea towel. You will stay in an apt for 4 people plus a baby (cot and high chair provided) of 55 m2 with balcony on the 2nd and last floor(no elevator). It is composed of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/wc(hoof tub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the first floor. We remain discreet as much as possible in order to leave you as much as possible the house and garden.
