It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. Maison Marcks is a comfortable and exclusive home to stay in while exploring Champagne and its many legendary vineyards.

This peaceful 130 m2 house offers a relaxing 50 m2 stay for the whole family on enclosed and wooded land, at the foot of the champagne vineyards. 10 min from Vitry-le-François, 20 min from the first beaches of Lake Der, 45 min from Nigloland, 1 hour from Reims, 2 hours from Paris. 3 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet and 1 garage. Netflix and Disney+. Extra €3 per person for towels. The house is rented for 6 people maximum, no parties or gatherings.

Family apartment equipped and ideally located in Vitry-le-François with views of the square and the collegiate church and 20 minutes from Lake Der. Close to all shops, self check-in. (Key box) Free parking on the square. The apartment has just been renovated. Available for 2 people and up to 6. (The number of rooms available will depend on the number of people in the booking) Internet box and Orange TV so you can connect to Netflix etc. with your credentials.

Relax at this quiet and stylish home. For a business trip, a vacation or a weekend you will stay in a warm atmosphere with a tastefully designed and tastefully decorated space. A 35 m2 studio equipped with spacious kitchen open to the living room. A very nice sleeping area with office area & dressing room as well as an en-suite bathroom. On the bedding side, you will find a bed for 2 people (140x200). In the living room, the sofa is convertible.

The Hummingbird Cottage

The Cottage is located on the edge of the canal in Soulanges, in the enclosed garden (1,000m²) and in the quiet of my house (former lock keeper's house). Direct access to the 30m² single-storey cottage (independent entrance). For a business trip, a vacation or a weekend you will stay in a warm atmosphere. Pets are welcome! Note the possible presence of my dog June (4-year-old border collie) and my cat April, always in my presence.
