At "34 bis", nice cottage in the Normandy countryside

Suite in a longhouse in stone of Caen. Our cottage is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. In a hamlet of the Pays d 'Auge, 2.5 km from the village, by the roadside. The house is surrounded by a large plot of 3000m2. A large hedge surrounds the land and isolates it from the outside. Close to the Château de Canon 7 km away, the sea (Cabourg beach, Merville-Franceville, Ouistreham, ...) is 30 min away, Caen and Falaise are quickly accessible. The calm is appreciable!

Cozy studio in beautiful old stone building with exposed beams. On the first floor after climbing this beautiful stone staircase, discover a beautiful living room with equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a large comfortable 1.60 m bed. A crib is available free of charge and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Bedding and towels provided.
