Totally surrounded by our meadows, the property offers complete tranquility, whilst still being conveniently situated between Tours (40Km) and Le Mans (50Km), thus offering easy access to many chateaux, the 24h racing circuit and innumerable other sites of interest in both Touraine and the Vallée de Loir. We are just 10km from junction 26 of the A28 autoroute.

Village House Rental.

Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin. Wifi. Composed on the ground floor of an entrance with cupboard, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, you will find a large bedroom with a double bed and storage. There is a courtyard with garden table and chairs as well as a barbecue. Possibility to put your bikes in an outbuilding. Parking. Tassimo Possible cleaning fee €40.
