The house is located on a 4000 m2 enclosed plot, south facing with a very bright kitchen, a living room with a wood stove, leading to a large terrace. Ground floor, a bathroom with shower. The floor consists of 3 bedrooms with 160 x 200 m beds and a full bathroom. The house is located in the hamlet of Saint-Anne, which finds its history in a chapel that is classified as a historic monument.
