Independent, quiet cottage.

Comfortable house, located at the foot of the Chartreuse massif in the Grésivaudan valley. 15 minutes from Grenoble Accommodation for 4 people 1 hp with 1 double bed + 1 hp with 2 bunk beds. Air-conditioned accommodation. Garden and swimming pool common to our main dwelling (12m, not heated) Swimming pool in winter from October 1st to April 30th. Fully fenced garden. Small house surrounded by nature.

It is a peaceful place in the heart of nature and at the foot of the mountains, to relax, to hike to the lakes, to ski, to discover the Grésivaudan valley. The house is designed in relation to the ecology of the place. There is a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed, a second bed is possible with the sofa bed if you prefer to sleep in front of the stove or if there are four of you. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and ecological dry toilet.

Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away.
