We are located 4 km from the village of SEDERON, at an altitude of 1000 m, in the birthplace of the Hautes Baronnies en Drôme Provençale. Chalet of 20 m2 , living room, bathroom, dry toilets, walk-in shower. Mezzanine bedroom accessible by mill ladder Wooden terrace with garden furniture. Garden access. Hiking trails from the house. Paragliding schools 10 minutes away . Very close to Montbrun les bain ( ranked the most beautiful village in France), thermal baths , 20 minutes from the Méouge gorges, Toulourenc gorges. Ballades à Buis les Baronnies..... Paradise for cyclists, Mont Ventoux awaits you.... Provencal market on Sunday morning, heated pool open all summer with snack bar. All local shops in the village: bakeries, butchers, supermarket, tobacco, press , post office, pizzeria bar, restaurant hostel, nursing and physiotherapy practice. You will be conquered by the sumptuous landscapes , the scents of the lavender fields, the calm and sweetness of life ... Room for 2 people, breakfast included. The apartment includes the entire 1st floor of the house, 118 m2, with living room, 3 bedrooms, large kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Access is independent, your car parked directly at the foot of the stairs. The large balcony is located in front of the living room. There is no elevator. You have free access to the pool. The living room and bedroom to the southwest which includes a small desk, are air-conditioned. Internet access is via wifi. I myself live on the ground floor, there are no other residents.

Composed of a small entrance leading to a spacious bathroom, a staircase leads to the living room, followed by a vaulted bedroom. A second staircase leads to the bright kitchen with access to the terraces.
