In a peaceful and green setting, a few steps from the beach and Lake Hossegor, we offer a small modern villa with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The garden is fully enclosed and the property is rented for the exclusive use of the Tenant. The villa has a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a comfortable living room and is fully air-conditioned. The rental of the pool or jacuzzi is possible for an additional fee. Note that the pool is heated and is rented from April to October.

Pleasant 4 bedroom, at the back of a house, overlooking the forest and 10 minutes from the beach and Bayonne. Private pool is open and heated from June to September. Terrace and enclosed garden. Functional kitchen, open to the living space. A toilet is located on the ground floor. The floor consists of three bedrooms, 2 of 13 m² (large wardrobe and double bed) and 1 of 11 m² (storage and two single beds). The 6 m² bathroom is bright and also has a toilet.

Trés agréable logement idéalement situé dans un site execptionellement calme sur le lac de Lalaguibe , proche de la mer, entre Capbreton et Bayonne. Commerces à proximité. Logement exposé Sud Sud/Ouest, avec une grande terrasse en bois, sans vis à vis et indépendant de la maison principale. Idéal pour un couple, pouvant aussi accueillir un jeune enfant. Le studio est adapté aux personnes en situation de handicap. Possibilité de mettre à l'abri des vélos.

All comforts equipped kitchen on a terrace. Air conditioning on the first floor.
