On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

Located in the heart of the Perche Regional Natural Park, in a typical hamlet, Marie's house is a cottage fully rehabilitated in 2019 in respect of the Percheron building (old tiles, lime coating, exposed beams...). With all the comforts you need and fiber, it's the perfect place for your stay in the countryside less than 2 hours from Paris. A charging station is available according to conditions. Calm, nature and local products will be on the menu.

I rent my country house, large house in the Perche with fireplace, pellet stove, central gas heating, near the Réno forest, large unheated pool, petanque court, ping-pong table, very beautiful and large garden with trees and flowers. I provide bed sheets, hand and bath towels as well as condiments, salt, pepper, oil, etc. And I make the beds for your arrival to be even more enjoyable!
