"La Clé de Saint-Georges" Gîte

This 30 m² cottage, converted in 2024 under the roof of an outbuilding, is ideally located in the countryside just 3 km from the village of La Roche de Glun and 2 km from the Viarhona. This studio includes a main room with an equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed (more suitable for children) and a sleeping area equipped with a 160 x 200 bed. This cottage also includes a bathroom with shower and toilet. Guests will have a space to park the car and a private courtyard.

Welcome! 👋 🌸 Sweety stone house on 2 levels; with 1 garden and 2 sunny and equipped terraces. The house is located in the countryside, at the foot of the protected Crussol massif. You will undoubtedly appreciate the hiking/mountain biking trails, climbing site, guided walks departing from the castle... all within walking distance. The house also proves to be a good base for discovering our vineyards (3 AOC St Peray, Cornas, St Joseph) and our culinary specialties!

Possibilité de taper une pétanque dans la cour, et de s’y garer bien entendu. Boulangerie et autres commerces de proximité sont à 5 min à pied.

Between the lake and the mountains, the accommodation is located in a quiet condominium, a 10-minute walk to the beach and the port (waterfront restaurants, paddle rental, pedal boats...). Shops 2 km away: grocery store, bakery, butcher, post office...

It is located 500 metres after the exit of the village, along a road, just close enough to get bread on foot or by bike. The exterior, very flowery, is maintained at a minimum to favour biodiversity. If you're looking for a house with nothing sticking out, this isn't it ;)
