Confortable logement de 60m2 dans un mas typique en pierres du 18ème au milieu des vignes. Accès, terrasse et parking indépendants . Sur la commune de Saint-Montan (village de caractère). Logement: 1 chambre : lit en 160, bureau et dressing. Pièce de vie: salon canapé clic-clac, tv et wifi cuisine équipée (four, lave vaisselle, nespresso, induction..) Studio in the center of the village of Saint Martin d 'Ardèche, comfortable and fully equipped, located 100 m walk to the beach. Close to all amenities (restaurants, shops, bakeries, activities, etc.).
