Ideal location for a nice 2-room 30 m2 Loi Carrez. Located on the harbor, with sea views, 150 meters from Nau du Pouliguen beach, the bedroom overlooks the pretty Pouliguen Park. Everything is within walking distance, the market, the shops, but also the famous Benoit beach of La Baule, as well as the wild coast, with its coves and magnificent landscapes. Very bright 25 m2 studio on La Baule, Casino district. 4th floor with elevator. Beautiful unobstructed view of the city. Quiet area. Easy parking + bike storage. 500 m from the beach. 950 m from the market. 1.4 km from the train station and 1.3 km from Avenue de Gaulle. PS: mattress topper for more comfort and due to some negative feedback on the initial mattress, put in place since July 30, 2024.
