The Ibarrondoa gîte is a beautiful 150 m2 bright gîte completely refurbished in the old barn of a traditional Basque farm. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen open to a large bright living room with its large family table and comfortable living room, in a decor combining antique furniture and modern comfort. Perfect for families or couples wishing to spend a few quiet days in the Basque Country. It is a pretty 96 m2 architect-designed semi-detached house with a private heated pool (the pool is part of the house) that can comfortably accommodate 6 guests, it is located in a private cul-de-sac in the Acotz district, away from traffic noise. Beaches are within walking distance (15 min walk). You can get to downtown Saint-Jean-de-Luz by the coastal road (15 min by bike or 50 min walk) or take the bus stop 100 m from the house.

Beautiful villa 5 minutes from the beaches of St Jean de Luz

Lovely Basque family villa in the heart of nature, very sunny at the foot of the mountains. Very nice unobstructed view, quiet in a property with a forest. 5 minutes from the beaches, golf, Rhune train, Ibardin bentas, all amenities. Very easy to access. In the middle of nature and yet so close to the center: a luxury! It benefits from fiber optic internet which allows teleworking if necessary.
