Beautiful villa for 8 behind the dune, everything within walking distance!

Exceptional location for this beautiful villa of about 130 m2 on a plot of 600 m2, 100 m from Santocha beach, 800 m from the city center, with 3 parking spaces, terrace, private garden overlooking the dune! The house, consisting of 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, is bathed in light and beautifully decorated. It is located very quietly and not overlooked, near Hossegor which you can reach by bike!
