4 minute walk to the beach--relax in a private, cozy modern apartment with an outdoor sitting area where you can enjoy coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. Ideal place to celebrate your honeymoon, anniversaries and birthdays. Within walking distance are many amenities: 1 block to Tennis and Pickle Ball Courts; 1 block to the Town Park where weekly live concerts are held in the summer; 2 blocks from Publix and numerous eating establishments. Quaint, bright and cozy lower level apartment. All basic amenities are included, as well as towels, linens and dishware. Located on a quiet dead end street. Short 10 minute walk to the beach over the Davis Canal. Private entrance with access to fenced in back yard with firepit, hammock. After a day at the beach you can rinse off in the private, enclosed outdoor shower. Enjoy your fresh catch of the day on the outdoor grill, and enjoy it outside if you like at the cozy outdoor dining nook.

This is my uncle Happy's place. It is in historic downtown Southport, walking distance from restaurants, shopping, and the Cape Fear river. Located on a quaint alley just off the town's main street, this happy little cottage is nestled among large live oaks and in the shadow of Southport's iconic water tower. The home has one bedroom with a queen bed. The living area has a twin bed and two chairs. There is a full kitchen and small bathroom. Southport’s beautiful waterfront and parks await.
