Between sea and countryside, our vacation home is a quiet and pleasant place, located close to Frémur, 1 km from the beaches, the village and its shops. Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

Character house, located in the village, a two-minute walk to the beach. Shops are very close, as well as all the activities offered on the peninsula: water sports, walking, shore fishing, etc. It is the perfect place to discover the region, Saint Malo (25 minutes), Dinard (15 minutes), St Cast (10 minutes), Cap Fréhel (20 minutes) etc... You'll love my place because of its location in the center of the village, you can do everything on foot.

Entire home, ideal for families, close to the beaches

It's an old desk / workshop that we transformed into a small space . Located 20 minutes from Dinard, 35 minutes from Saint Malo, 25 minutes from Cap Fréhel and Dinan. The accommodation includes 2 bedrooms, 1 large room in a row with kitchen , dining area followed by a small living room overlooking a corner of greenery . We've set up this place to give it a family home soul. Our home is close by. The place is quiet.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. At the very end of the almost island, it is located close to the beaches (100 meters). It has a south/west facing terrace and a large fenced garden. The house consists of a living room and dining room with sea view, kitchen, shower room, large master bedroom, second bedroom with large bed and small children's bedroom with boat cabin atmosphere.
