Nice appartment, 53 sqm, located 20' from Paris.

My best advertising are comments. Cleanliness is a priority ( protocol covid) Do not confuse, Saint Germain en Laye (small town located at 20 minutes by RER from of Paris) and Saint Germain des près. It's very quiet and safe. Nice apt 53 located at 5 minutes by foot from the subway. Very close from the main place all kind of shops (shops, food, restaurants, supermarket, banks, bar .) are at less than 2 minutes.Thank you to return my appartment clean and please to take care to the household linen

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Apartment located on the first floor in a small condominium. Direct access less than two minutes walk to RER A, opposite the entrance to the castle park, parking and shops nearby. Fully equipped apartment, equipped and spacious kitchen. double bed 1.80 m by 190 possibility of sleeping children or friends in the living room thanks to the sofa beds.
