The cottage is 5 km from the RN 165, 15 km from the entrance to Nantes, 40 km from the beaches of the Côte de Jade and 50 km from La Baule

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Within a restored farmhouse with healthy and ecological materials, the cottage includes an equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave) overlooking the main room and a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. For one or two people, the 180 X 200 bed can accommodate 2 separate 90 X 200 beds. The cottage is adjoining the main house but completely independent with a garden and private parking. Very good location, for both business and tourist clientele.

Our "ruin", as we call it, has been tastefully renovated. The accommodation is a stone's throw from the Audubon marshes, nature lovers, you will stay in a little piece of heaven, in peace. This ideally located accommodation is 10 minutes from Zenith de Saint-Herblain, 15 minutes from Nantes city center and 40 minutes from the beaches of La Baule. Stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Sébastien and Patricia will be happy to host you.

The totally independent apartment consists of: 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed and 1 adjoining room with a dressing area and kitchenette, bathroom with walk-in shower, independent toilet. Summer kitchen, 2-burner stove and sink available to the tenants Access to a private terrace, garden and swimming pool. The price is for 1 person, €20 will be charged per additional person

Quiet, comfortable house for 4–6 people

This wooden house on stilts, built in 2018. Unobstructed view of nature, 20m² terrace in height, access by a footbridge, sun loungers in the shade of weeping willows... Access to our large garden (8000m²) with games for children (trampoline, slide, swing...), chickens and Ouessant sheep. The peaceful environment offers a relaxing stay for the whole family.
