So if you're looking for peace and quiet close to the city, this is the place! Parking is available in the courtyard of the house. Closed lot.

Independent floor close to public transport

20 minutes from Tours train station (10 min by tram+10 min walk), ideal for visiting the castles. You will have independent access to the upper floor of the house. If you book for 1 or 2 people, access to one room (20 euros extra if you want both rooms), if you book for 3 or 4 people, access to two rooms. Cot and changing table available. All travellers are welcome in our home, but there are stairs. For your information, I'm staying on the floor below
