In Saint Lunaire, Babioles is located in an authentic village . The house is near a the huge beach. This house includes: a large kitchen for 6 or 7; a large living room ; a parental room with bed (140x190) and its bathtub. A bedroom with 2 or 3 bunk beds. Shower and separate WC. The whole is revisited by a decorator (have a look at the photos). The through light makes the living room very clear. The intimate garden allows full tanning and barbecue. CLOSED GARDEN.

You will have at your disposal a heated indoor pool as well as games for children, petanque courts, volleyball and ping pong table. It is a 10-minute drive from Granville with its shops and restaurants, 40 minutes from Mt Saint Michel and 1 hour 20 minutes from Saint Malo.

Our stone house, with private swimming pool (heated and accessible from June to September) and direct access to the beach of Donville les bains, offers an area of 90m2 indoor and 70m2 of terrace next to and around the pool. We installed a table at the bottom of our garden, on the side of the dune with a unique view of the beach, the sea and the Chausey Islands - We have breakfast, lunch or simply our coffee ... but also dinner to enjoy the sunset.
