"Les Ave Maria" Guest House

The guest house is finally renovated in summer 2024 m. Our guest house "Les Ave Maria" welcomes you at the back of our garden. Furnished in a studio with a bedroom area (bed 160X190), separate kitchen and shower room, this cottage is ideal for a couple wishing to enjoy the countryside, and the Loire castles. The house is equipped to accommodate a young child. We give access to our swimming pool 2 hours (flex) per day from June to seven and fully available between 8 and 23 August.

The house is 180 m²: Ground floor with 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 x 200 cm and 2 single beds that can be pushed together), a kitchen, dining room, living room, 1 bathroom. 1st floor with 1 master suite (160 x 200 double bed), a bathroom and a charming small covered balcony. The garden is 600 m² and includes a private in-ground heated pool.

Le Moulin des Foulons is located in the heart of the Loire Valley, in the village of Chédigny, the only village in France with the "Remarkable Garden" label. Located on 1.8 hectares of land with its own private island. A heated indoor pool is open to all rentals from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. We offer a cottage for 6-8 people with 3 bedrooms for 2 people, 3 bathrooms with toilet and a sofa bed. Beds will be made on your arrival, towels are optional.

Heated pool open from early May to late September. Longère tourangelle located at the exit of a small typical village in South Touraine. No opposite, unobstructed view of rolling countryside. The cottage is inside the property but totally independent. You have access to the garden. It has a south-facing terrace with no neighbours opposite and another to the west, equipped with garden furniture. You can enjoy the pool depending on the weather conditions. We provide linen: sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases and towels. You are in a dead end with no traffic. Perfect for relaxing!
