Beautiful studio for 2 persons with a huge bathroom and its own jacuzzi, perfect for couples. Located in a spacious accomodation surrounded by 10 000 sqm secluded proprety with exotics animals, lama, donkey, swanns enjoying minilake. 10 X 10 meters infinity pool. Golf at walking distance, 4 minutes drive from shops, 5mn Valbonne mediaval village, 25mn from Cannes and Nice. Please note that we do not host events such as anniversary parties, weddings, etc.

Lovely little independent house, quiet and cozy located a 10-minute walk from the sea and the city center of Saint-Aygulf. This house has a kitchen with oven, dishwasher, freezer fridge, washing machine, hob, coffee maker, etc ... Living room overlooking a swimming pool and a private garden , independent toilet, a large 15m² bedroom with its 160X200 bed, walk-in shower, double sink, sofa bed in the living room, garden side, table, chairs ,umbrellas, sunbeds.

Modern villa located close to the beaches and city centre. All rooms have AC, the master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Large living room with open kitchen, dining area and sofa overlooking the swimming pool and terrace. The villa is in a quiet area of Boulouris yet close to all amenities and the beaches. The villa is perfect for a holiday or a long stay! Spacious and calm. Pool is heated from mid April to end of October on request.

Villa Capri - 260 m from the sea - pool - family

Dear vacationers, This property is the beautiful result of a family adventure. Recently my mom has been living on site in a small apartment located at the bottom of the villa. She has her own private entrance, has no view of the garden and leaves you all your privacy. She also has no view of your indoor and outdoor living spaces.
