Charmante maison neuve en bois dans un écrin de verdure et de tranquillité. Ce chalet se trouve à Bénance, à 2 kms de Sarzeau et de ses commerces. Vous serez au pied du GR34 ainsi que de nombreux autres parcours pédestres ou à vélo.. Vous y verrez se nicher des centaines d'Oiseaux sauvages. La maison est cosy, lumineuse, décorée avec gout et est parfaitement bien équipée.
