The Pixie by the sea is a connected and comfortable apartment located in La Baule. This Design and smart apartment, fully equipped, has a large south-oriented balcony to help enjoy the view over the bay, ocean and the ‘pine canopy’. Very bright 25 m2 studio on La Baule, Casino district. 4th floor with elevator. Beautiful unobstructed view of the city. Quiet area. Easy parking + bike storage. 500 m from the beach. 950 m from the market. 1.4 km from the train station and 1.3 km from Avenue de Gaulle. PS: mattress topper for more comfort and due to some negative feedback on the initial mattress, put in place since July 30, 2024.
