This house close to the city center consists of an equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room, dining room, 2 large bedrooms upstairs, a pretty terrace and a green garden. You will find hiking trails within walking distance (Bonnettes, walk along the Scarpe...) The train station is just a few minutes walk away and Arras is a 20-minute drive away.

Enjoy a stylish experience in the immediate vicinity of Douai train station. You have a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed (2 individual duvets) and a 140 x 200 sofa bed. The duvets are adjustable (4-seasons). The living room features a smart TV with access to Netflix. Kitchen is equipped with ceramic hobs, electric ovens and microwave. The atmosphere is understated and warm, with solid oak flooring and wooden furniture. Invoice provided upon request.
