Completely renovated in 2019, the apartment also includes modern conveniences like a full kitchen, high-speed internet, and a massive TV. Covered parking is also available.

Great Location in the Bay City, West Side.
Our stairs leading up to the second story walk up are very steep. We are located in the city, so occasionally traffic sounds, as well as some - depending on the season - outside entertainment going on in the historic district. Our place is right above a bar/grill where the kitchen closes at 10 p.m. and the bar is usually closed at 11 p.m. unless there's a special event, etc requiring a little later close.
