Nice and spacious annex of 30 sqm in rural surroundings. Close to the highway, so you can quickly get to Skanderborg, Silkeborg and Aarhus. In the Annex there is a bedroom, living room and kitchenette. In the kitchenette, there will be some kitchen utensils so you can make some coffee and toast some bread. In the cottage there is a kitchen-living room, wood stove, bathroom, bedroom with a short double bed (NOTE the bed is short W: 140 x L: 180 cm) and loft with 2 beds (180 x 200). There is a nice wooden terrace with access to an annex with an extra bedroom. IMPORTANT: The tenant is responsible for cleaning and tidying up. No partying or loud music.

Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Hytten egner sig ikke til længerevarende ophold.
