Endise Tallinna Trammi- ja Trollibussikoondise puhkebaasi peamaja, milles trammijuhid veetsid tumedatel nõukaaegadel üheskoos oma puhkeaega. Täna pole küll enam endist hõngu selles majas eriti enam tunda, sest lisatud on magamisvõimalused, köök, dušš jne ning endisest sisekujundusest pole palju säilinud. Meri ja ujumissild on otse maja ees ning kui on kalastamise huvi, siis seda saab siin hõlpsasti rahuldada. Suviti on vesi meres soe ja kui puhub ka tuul, siis saab ka kohe läheduses surfata.

Toisessa kerroksessa parivuode ja kolmannesta kerroksesta näköala merelle asti. Puulämmitteisen saunamökin tuvassa on kaksi erillistä vuodetta. Pihalla kylpytynnyri ja terassia pitkin pääsee kuivakäymälään. Pihapiirissä kesäkeittiö jossa tilaa ruokailuun ja oleskeluun. Tihusen eestinhevoset laiduntavat ympäröivillä laitumilla.

Our guests can also enjoy a balcony with a couch and a bit unordinary sauna that can be accessed directly from the balcony.

Meie kortermajas on hetkel (suvi 2025) käimas trepikodade remont. Remont võib veidi raskendada trepikojas liikumist, aga korterisse sisse- ja väljapääs on garanteeritud.
