The house is 20m2 downstairs and 20m2 upstairs. Downstairs there’s a living room, a kitchen, a toilet and a shower. On the second floor we have a bedroom and a tiny balcony of 3m2. The house has an air conditioning system and an automatic ventilation system with fresh air valves. - In the bedroom there’s a king size bed with all the necessary bedding and towels for the guests. - The living room has a 43 inch android/ smart tv, a dining table, a coffee table, very cozy lights and a bio fireplace. WI-FI is also included. - The kitchen has a refrigerator, freezer, 2- hole induction hob, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, pots and pans and accessories with tableware for 2 people. - On the 25m2 terrace there is a coffee table, two chairs and a new ceramic grill “Small Black Egg”.

Ärmapesa is a cosy and private holiday home in Saaremaa. Only 5 km from the town of Kuressaare, but at the same time pleasantly in the countryside in a quiet and green environment. Tall trees, a large courtyard and a quiet location create the ideal place for a holiday for a family or group of friends who value privacy, closeness to nature and a homey atmosphere. The house has air conditioning, which ensures a pleasant indoor climate even on warmer days, and a fireplace with a living flame in the living room adds cosiness. The windmill has 3 beds on the ground floor and 2 beds on the second floor. The sauna house has a kitchenette with all the essentials, a steam room, and a shower room. Use of the sauna is included in the price. Outside of the house there is a terrace and a large dining table with a canopy. The toilet is located in a separate cottage.

About the cabins - when you see them yourself, you will see that there are not only two, but three of them. The newly built two cabins are derived from the ancient third one to make the common landscape more interesting. The location of the cabins is very convenient, it is close to the sea, a shop, a bus stop, a gas tank, Cape Kolka and a cafe. We will indicate the places we recommend to visit at the end of the guide to make your visit more convenient.
