Pietetically renovated one-bedroom apartment (45m2) with a bedroom, living room, kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. Sunila is a unique forest suburb designed by Alvar and Aino Aalto. The apartment is in a terrace house without a lift in Päivölä, which was completed in 1939. It's about 13km to the center of Kotka and about 3km to Karhula. The apartment has been renovated into as original as possible and is furnished on a circular economy basis, mainly with Fittings designed by Waves. We wash the textiles with odorless detergents.

Kitchen and toilet renovated in 2020. An outdoor sauna with trees on the beach, where you can carry a lake or identify. In the sauna v 2023 renovated Harvian heater. There is no indoor shower in the cabin. Kouvola, Tykkimäki and Mielakka Ski Resort are only 20-25 minutes, and less than 2 hours drive from the metropolitan area.

The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.
