Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge. Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut. Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet. Dieses Studio wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst. Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut. Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

Das Apartment #5 ist unser kuscheliges kleines „Refugium“. Es ist ideal für den romantischen Urlaub zu zweit. Auf Wunsch kann die Couch im Wohn­zimmer aber auch für ein bis zwei Klein­kind(er) ausgezogen werden. Die Dach­schrägen und -fenster verleihen der charmanten Wohnung einen besonders heimeligen Charakter und vom Süd­balkon genießt du einen herrlichen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

On 60 sqm, the charming cottage offers a living room with sofa corner, dining area and fully equipped kitchen as well as a modern bathroom. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with box spring beds. A furnished terrace overlooking the Hohe Göll and the Jenner invites you to relax. The Jennerbahn is right on the doorstep, and the boat dock to St. Bartholomä is a 12-minute walk away!

The Bavarian-style space includes a comfortable single bed, a modern bathroom with shower, a spacious wardrobe and a window that looks out onto a relaxing nature view. For guests who want to plan out their nature retreat in Unterwössen or do some reading while taking in the mountain views, the room also comes with a desk, a TV and a comfy chair.

The apartment has an open new kitchen, including a microwave and coffee maker, a new, modern bathroom as well as a cozy sitting area with a fireplace and a double bedroom. The apartment has a terrace from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains. In addition, the yoga room, sauna (€20 fee), spring water pool, home theater, and large terrace with grill and fire pit can be shared. Snowshoes are also available.

It is a completely renovated apartment in Sankt Martin b. Lofer. The apartment has a double bed and a sofa bed and is fitted with oak floorboards, underfloor heating in the bathroom and a new kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge and cooking hob.
