The house is located in the old town of Sa Pobla , is next to the church, 2 minutes from the main square where there are very good restaurants. It is a 17th century house, which we have renovated respecting its original architecture but adapting it to modern comforts. It has air conditioning throughout the house, a fabulous swimming pool, a very traditional kitchen but at the same time with all its modern equipment, a large barbecue with an outdoor kitchen and a wood-burning oven.

⚠️ Important notice: A house is currently being built on the neighboring plot next to the villa. At certain times during the day there may be construction noise, and the works may be visible from parts of the outdoor area. At the moment, weekend stays and bookings during the month of August are not affected. The villa, its facilities & services remain exactly the same and the current price already reflects this possible inconvenience to ensure excellent value during this period.

Capità Pere is a listed property, traditional Majorcan townhouse built in the XVI century. It has been completely renovated as our own family home with lots of care to detail and to a high standard. Private swimming pool. Wonderful beaches at 15-20 minutes car drive. Walking distance to shops (bakery, fishmongers, butcher, groceries, supermarket...), charming restaurants and cafes. Wednesday evening tapas night and Sunday farmers market-not to be missed- at the townhall square.

A quiet and relaxing outdoor space thanks to its pool and terraces with pleasant views where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue. Access to the house by car and its own parking. The house consists of a typical Mallorcan entrance, a living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms. Bathroom with washer and dryer. Heating, air conditioning and WIFI throughout the house. My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, and families (with children).

We are a couple that live in the countryside, and that we like the contact with nature. We offer this for our house, in which to enjoy a few days of vacation in this environment. Ideal to disconnect from everyday life. We also offer a nice fireplace for the nostalgic of the cold, and we make available firewood for its use.
