I LOVED our stay in this tiny house!!!! The hosts are awesome, the space is so comfy and feels so much bigger than a tiny house usually does. Only 7-10 minutes away from our two favorite coffee shops. So great.

This was our second stay at John and Abigail's basement suite and again they were courteous, thoughtful, and understanding. They are attentive hosts who quickly answer all messages and we will stay again should need arise.

Was in town for a very brief time and just needed a place to land to sleep- John’s place was perfect. It was easy to check in, private, there was a comfy bed, and I was so thankful for the white noise machine they had in the bedroom since I usually sleep with one at home as well! Great place to land if you’re in town.

Great value, much better than a hotel room which we left to stay here. Took us on short notice, Super comfortable bed, and quick response to all of our questions.

We stayed her for one night, and uber-ed in to downtown Greenville. It was about a $15 uber to downtown, totally worth it considering you probably have to pay to park anyway. All of the check-in instructions were easy to follow. We ended up asking for an extra hour the next morning very last minute and the owner was very accommodating and quick to respond! Definitely recommend!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Beautiful space. Decor as pictured but space was even larger than we expected. Such accommodating hosts and very responsive. Clear and easy check in. Snacks and drinks upon arrival. All of the amenities we needed and only 10 minutes drive from downtown. Safe neighborhood. Would love to come back, especially when we can enjoy the yard (fire pit and stream).

The place was great! About 15 minutes from downtown in a quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and very homey. Would recommend staying here if you want to save some $$ and be a little outside of downtown

Amazing, clean, stylish with thoughtful touches! Mac and Heidi were very quick to respond and even had a little welcome basket with goodies(hot chocolate, peanut butter crackers, sparkling flavored water bottles) that won our kids' hearts:) Every bedroom had a set of bathrobe/slippers, clean towels. A very children friendly house! Had plenty of books and toys! Will definitely stay again!

It’s within 15 mins of the airport, downtown, shopping, and several universities. It was super clean, spacious, and easy to check in and out. I highly recommend it.

What a great host , I wouldn’t look any further.

This was a delightful place. We were in the area to visit sick family members and appreciated having a retreat to come back to each night. I enjoyed coffee while reading near the fireplace in the morning while my significant other watched the news in the bedroom. We appreciated having a full kitchen which we used to make dinner one night. I look forward to returning next time I'm in the area and would highly recommend to anyone. One thing to note is that the GPS in our rental car kept taking us half a mile too far. Katie responded very quickly while we were trying to find the place in the dark and was able to guide us in the correct direction.

My brothers and I booked the Tiny House cabin for our parents to celebrate our mom’s 70th birthday! Our parents had an absolute blast and loved the tiny house experience! They said Katie was a wonderful host, full of kindness and remarkable hospitality! The Tiny House is well decorated, super comfortable, and offered a very pleasant stay! They can’t wait to go back again sometime!

Had a great time at the tiny home. It was very quiet and peaceful so a welcome break from every day life! Coffee, muffins and oj were waiting for us when we arrived which was very much appreciated. Location is a short drive to Greenville and to NC locations like Tryon and Saulda with plenty of hiking trails close by. Thanks for a great couple of days!

We stayed at Jesse and Jill's Scandinavian Cottage while visiting the nearby state parks. The cottage is located in a quiet suburb just a short drive from downtown Greenville. It is clean, cozy, and beautifully crafted. Be sure to make time for the sauna and a cup of coffee on the back porch overlooking their picturesque property. We would absolutely stay again!

Jesse and Jill's place was the perfect spot for me, the surroundings are beautiful and oh so peaceful. The cottage is located in an established, quiet neighborhood, yet located only a little over a mile away are many large retail stores, small specialty shops, and an abundance of good restaurant choices. Inside, the cottage is a little piece of Paradise, and outside, behind the cottage, there's a small patio for sitting with morning coffee and watching the birds. Lovely! Quiet! Super clean! Highly recommended, 5+ stars!

Great stay! Bed is super comfy. Nice size bathroom with a cute little basket of goodies should you forget to have packed something. Awesome location! Nice and safe area. You have convenient stores, gas stations, restaurants, supermarkets, etc within close proximity. Plus, a gorgeous mini waterfall right down the road. We can’t forget about the short drive into downtown Greenville too. Excellent host! Can’t sing Grace’s praises enough. She’s super attentive, ALWAYS available and willing to help...whether it’s a clogged toilet 🤦🏻‍♀️ or a crying dog. She’s a friggen rockstar! Ps. She has the sweetest furbabies too.

This is the 4th or 5th time I have stayed with these fine folks, so I could have just copied and pasted my previous glowing reviews. When I am in Greenville for a couple of nights, I always check the availability of Wilson's and Judith's place before any other local AirBnB hosts, but I don't always get lucky enough to stay in their home.

Charming, beautiful room with a very comfortable bed and its own half-bath. Warm hosts in Judith and Wilson. Loved my time in their beautiful home.

You can expect friendly hosts with great hospitality, and fruitful conversations. They want to meet new people and talk to them. You will have an individual room and a half bathroom. The full bathroom and common areas are shared with the family.

Carmen’s place was amazing! Exactly what we needed on our time away for a week. There is a keyless keypad entry with stairs going up to the loft which is above the garage. Everything that was needed was provided in the kitchen even to having a rice cooker which we used daily. The place was quaint and spotless. As the loft is above the garage you will hear when the garage door opens. It alarmed me when I first heard it. But got use to it as the week went along. The location is close to everything. Restaurants, shops, downtown Greenville, a local gym to exercise and more. Carmen did a great job compiling tourist attractions to visit and restaurants to try out. We cooked in every night. There isn’t a pantry but the counter top worked fine to keep our groceries on. Unfortunately, the washer and dryer wasn’t working during our visit. Carmen welcomed us to use her parents washer/dryer (their home is connected to the garage). We choose to find a laundry mat nearby to wash our gym clothes. TV with cable, pots, pans, utensils, toiletries, towels and wash clothes were provided. The bed was nice and cozy. The actual airbnb is away from the home meaning not attached which made it feel very private. The garage is attached to the home with the airbnb location above the garage. We highly recommend this location. When we had questions Carmen was available via text to answer right away. We had to have a package delivered to the airbnb while we were there for the week and they had no problem with it at all. Definitely will be our first consideration when we need to stay in the area again. Excellent airbnb!

This was far and away the best AirBnB we've stayed in! It was very clean, had fantastic amenities, and was pet friendly too! I've been traveling for work for nearly a year, and this place was the closest thing to being home. Communication was prompt, and location was excellent, being a short 10 min. drive to downtown. I would love to stay here again if I'm ever back in Greenville!

This is a spacious condo and is very clean and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was amazing. When booking lodging, location is important to me, and this condo was perfect. There are restaurants, grocery stores (Lidl & Walmart Neighborhood Market), a gas station, and shops all within a couple minutes' drive. Also just a 10-15 minute drive from Haywood mall. We also felt really safe, and it was very easy to get around. The condo itself felt like home. They had snacks available for us, and I especially liked that there was a coffee maker as opposed to a Keurig. There were several seasonings, coffee fixings, cookware, and everything else you'd need at your home kitchen. I loved this place and wouldnt hesitate to book again if I came back to the area.

The location is very convenient and just 10 min car ride to both, BMW and downtown Greer with lots of restaurants. And just a 5!! Minute walk to grocery store Bi-lo and the farmacy!!! Host and her pets were out of town during my stay. Lovely peaceful room in quiet neighborhood. Felt welcome and at home with use of kitchen and bath. Other guests in home were very quiet and respectful. I would stay again. Space heater worked well to heat my room.

Me and Leo (my dog) stayed with Grace for a month and it was amazing! It was more than we could have asked for. Grace’s welcoming personality and hospitality made us feel at home. Leo and I really loved her spacious house, backyard and deck. There was also a fun night of grilling with her and her friends next on her deck. Only about 10 minutes from downtown too. I really enjoyed staying at Grace's. I was there for about 1.5 months. She was an excellent host and incredibly friendly. She treats you like a friend immediately and will consistently go above and beyond to help you feel completely comfortable in your home away from home. Highly recommended!

We found our room to be clean, comfortable and Grace to be a awesome host. We stayed for just about two months and found it to be relaxing and easy going. Grace likes to camp a lot and is very active and loves dogs. Location is great and in a nice neighborhood.

Paige’s loft is fantastic, comfy,cozy,excellent location. Minutes from downtown Greer and 25 minutes from Greenville. The loft is located in beautiful rural area that is right off S.C.route 14 which takes you in to Greer. Close to groceries, pharmacies, any amenity you would want a short drive to. And Paige herself is a delight! The TV is a smart TV so you can access all your digital accounts. Great deck to chill on and the furniture is extremely comfortable. The bed is amazing. Would recommend to any single or couple. Fantastic stay!

Paige’s place is a quaint little studio with everything you could need for a short or long stay. We particularly enjoyed access to our Netflix account and the most comfortable bed ever.

Paige’s place was a perfect getaway for the weekend. It was only 10 minutes to the wedding venue we were visiting, and only 25 to downtown Greenville. It poured down rain all weekend, but luckily there was good internet connection and a big tv to watch Netflix on. Would definitely recommend!

You will enjoy luxury and super hostesses during your stay here as well as have you looking forward to another return when you leave. It was simple treasures like the super think Vera Wang towels in the bathroom to the ridiculous hot water as soon as I turned it on along with the unbelievably cold refreshing tap water that didn’t even need chilled with ice; not to mention the thoughtful and precious amenities throughout the suite. Furthermore, the two times I reached out to the hostesses they responded within seconds with a reply.

Sarah and Greg's place is very cozy and clean. It's located in a quiet area which offered us a restful place to pass the night during our stay.

Tim was a great host. The home was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable. Everything worked great and Tim provided lots of extra amenities. I look forward to staying again and would highly recommend this home.

This condo exceeded our expectations. A beautiful peaceful location with great views over the golf course. Spacious, homely with lots of extra thoughtful touches. Milk, bread, eggs and coffee in the welcome pack and so much more. Really appreciated Tim’s efforts to meet us at a time convenient to us to show us around and give local tips. With a daughter studying at Furman we will plan to return.

The "Good Place" is quiet, spacious, and clean, and has amazing amenities! I always enjoy my time there, thank you, Tim and Patty for another perfect stay! You guys have an amazing place, and I hope to see you next spring!

Host thought of everything! We had so much going on with our sons wedding during our stay, it was so nice to not have to run out and get breakfast in morning. I've stayed in quite a few Airbnb places, and this was our favorite for sure!

Great place, super clean, great hospitality!

This was my second stay at "a good place," and I hope it will not be my last. It's really a *great* place! The space is in a quiet area, is super clean, the bed is wonderful, and the "extras" provided by Tim and Patty are amazing! My favorite spot *outside* is the lovely deck, which overlooks the golf course, and my favorite spot *inside* is in the living room, the fabulous glider and ottoman, which also glides as the chair glides. After long days, the glider was my special spot every evening. Love this great place!

A lovely, peaceful, comfortable and immaculate condo, with so many additional amenities and thoughtful touches. It was a perfect base for our Furman Parent’s Weekend. As a Superhost myself, I must say Tim has raised the bar and did not disappoint!

Mason and Hunter are both very friendly and helpful. A nice comfortable place to stay. Comfy bed too. Safe parking is available also if needed.

Very nice home in good neighborhood. Bedroom adequate for our needs. Towels in bathroom were beautifully monogrammed. Dogs didn't bother us at all. Very quiet.

George place was great. Quick communication to request and he and his lovely wife opened up their home to my son and I. The bed was comfortable and the mini fridge was stocked with water, cokes and some fruit. (nice touch) I would strongly recommend their place.

George was an amazing host, when we got there the room was very clean. We would recommend staying there.

I had a wonderful experience at Ashley’s and will definitely save her place on list!

Ashley is very quick at responding to messages & answers all questions you may have. The traveler has their own bedroom with a bed with furnishings & she includes a thoughtful "in case you forgot"basket full of toiletries on the dresser, which is a nice touch. Clean towel is placed there & there is a phone power brick & cable available for you to use too. She doesn't have too many rules other than common sense/common courtesy stuff, clean after yourself, & just don't mess with her stuff. She is very accomodating& flexible. There is a large public area with a couch & love seat & a T.V. with satellite network. She has 3 friendly dogs, although 1 is a bit energetic & playful. If you're a dog/animal lover, you won't mind. If Ashley is not at the house to assist you, her friend Jeremy is usually there to assist you. They are both down to earth & easy to talk to. Side note: it's also fun to watch his Miami teams lose.

It’s a great place and Ashley makes you feel right at home. Super communicative and definitely over delivers in value. I’d stay again anytime.

Affordable stay close to Greenville!

I stay here all the time. It's great.

Sparkling clean. New house. Easy access to bathroom. Lot of pillows. Smart TV with Netflix account. Dogs are friendly.

This stay was quick and simple, checked in around 8pm and left at 7am the next morning so it was just what we needed. The house was quiet with plenty of pillows for a good nights rest and morning snacks. Though I was a bit too warm at night the fan in the room helped and it was a comfortable stay, as well as clean. Oh and the dogs are excited but friendly! Overall I have no complaints.

Daniel and his wife were amazing hosts. As soon as I made myself comfortable in the room his wife was prompt in being sure I had everything I needed for the night. She made sure I knew they were there if I needed anything at all. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a cute, clean place to stay.
