Gills Hall Retreat

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The studio flat with fantastic views over Cefn Bryn in a rural location. Upstairs the Lounge/bedroom gets both sun rise and sunset. Well equipped Let with a walk in shower. Downstairs is a fully fitted kitchen. A short drive will take you to all of the Gowers fabulous beaches and the salt marshes where the ponies roam free. My property is on the Gower Way - great for walkers/cyclist too. There are sometimes free roaming sheep and cows nearby.

This is a 1 bedroom cabin and is not suitable for children or pets. Vehicular access to this listing is via a farm track with 3/4 of a mile of VERY BUMPY potholes. The bungalow is situated in the coastal village of pen-clawdd on the edge of the Gower and offers a covered outdoor seating area with BBQ and off road parking. The village offers a supermarket, 2 butchers, 2 pubs, cafe, fish and chip shop, indian and pizza takeaway and ice cream parlour all a 10 minute walk away with a short hill. We finished refurbishing The Anchorage in March 2025. Enjoy estuary views in the comfort of your cosy home away from home. Being a family ourselves, we've included things you need when you travel with kids to make your stay easier. We live just up the road should you need anything.

Our Holiday Home is modern, cozy, benefits of SKY/wifi along with many other extras and definitely a home-from-home experience on our Gower Coast of natural beauty. It sleeps 6 plus availability of a travel cot if needed. Well behaved pets (2) also provided for. There is a log burner and starter packs are provided free from October to March. The garden is secure and backs onto the estuary where stunning sunsets and tidal changes can be photographed and watched.
