Townhouse with a tourist license, in a very quiet area located on the sea and beach front. It has an outdoor parking space. Supermarkets and restaurants may not be open in the months of April and October, as well as lifeguard services, Kayak rentals, water scooters and paddle surfing. About 12 km away from the charming village of Fornells, and about 20 km away from Maó and 30 km away from Ciutadella . We hope you will find them as comfortable and enjoy and take care of it as much as we do.

The development is very quiet and the house has wonderful views of the golf course and the mountain. If you feel like going to the beach you can walk to Arenal de Son Saura (1km) or drive 5 minutes. Menorca getaway by the sea

Apartment just 200 meters from the beach, large terrace with barbecue. 2 swimming pools and padel court. Ocean and mountain views. It consists of a double room, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
