Center Parc, Snow Dome (ski hall), Ralf Schumacher kart track, bowling alley and adventure labyrinth are located in Bispingen. About 50 minutes by car to Hamburg.

The apartment wasn’t set up with hosting in mind, so some unique quirks and features are to be observed: Tall people will love the kitchen height. ;-)
