It combines minimalist living & sustainable living on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath Nature Park. Picturesque hiking trails & beautiful bike routes attract visitors. In the immediate vicinity is Heidepark Soltau.

[WILDCARD - WORK IN PROGRESS :) ] Charming little apartment in central location. AC and garden view included. When not hosting for friends and family, I like to rent out my apartment to guests. The 2+1 Configuration allows up to three travelers an enjoyable stay. Bed- and living room are connected by a little walk-in-closet. The apartment wasn’t set up with hosting in mind, so some unique quirks and features are to be observed: Tall people will love the kitchen height. ;-)

And this in the middle of Soltau, in the beautiful Lüneburg Heath. The apartment was refurbished and renovated at the end of 2018. From here, excursions to Heide Park, the Snow Dome, Soltau Therme, the Designer Outlet, the city center and much more are possible! Also suitable for relatives of patients of the very nearby clinics.

In the Schnuckenbau

The holiday home called"Schnuckenbau" is just 3 minutes on foot nearby to the Nature Park Luneburg Heath. You will find bike paths and pure nature exactly in the centre between Hamburg and Hanover as well as Luneburg and Bremen. You look for tranquility, you'll find it here. The unique spring bath "Quellenbad" is just a stone's throw away. In the garden of the Schnuckenbau is a little pavillon, also a barbecue. In the lounge you can enjoy a crackling fire in a stove.

Apartment in Düshorn

Our small apartment is located about 3 km from Walsrode. Among other things, there is the world's largest bird park. We are located in the middle of Hanover, Hamburg and Bremen. Here there are many opportunities for relaxation, shopping and excursions. Düshorn has, among other things, a beach bath and a mini golf course. Serengeti Park is also just 8 km from here. A small supermarket and bakery is also on site. The beautiful Lüneburg Heath is right outside the door.

This small, newly renovated and modern apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Bad Fallingbostel. From here, well-known amusement parks such as Heide Park - Soltau, Serengeti - Park Hodenhagen or the World Bird - Park Walsrode can be reached quickly and easily by car. The cities of Hanover, Hamburg and Bremen are easily accessible by car, but also by train. The heart of our Lüneburg Heath is the beautiful old town of Lüneburg and is always worth a visit.

Here you can enjoy our mini-farm, pet our animals, stroll through the surrounding forests and experience other adventures. Behind the house, a beautiful lake, Lake Flüggenhof, awaits you! My place is close to the heath park, safari park, bird park, snowdome, Soltauer thermal spa. The apartment has its own terrace in south-east orientation. The apartment is in the basement of a residential building built in 2014 and has a new and upscale equipment. The metropolises of Hamburg/Hanover/Bremen are each less than an hour away. Bad Fallingbostel can be reached by bike within a very short time and offers everything for everyday needs.

The town center with shops is within walking distance in max. 10 minutes. Studio (approx. 30 m²) with private entrance, double bed (1.40 m), single bed (0.90 m) and private bathroom.
